\nYOURTECH is expanding its powder coating equipment segment and looking for experienced Senior Sales Engineers to develop the B2B market.
\nThis is a position for people who have sold technical equipment, have the ability to consult solutions + close deals, and want to increase their income according to actual performance.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfaf KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
\n1. Business Development & Market Expansion
\nFind, develop and manage clients in the following industries:
\nPowder Coating Plant
\nMetalworking\/Steel Structure
\nIndustrial Production
\nMetal Furniture & OEM
\nBuilding and maintaining relationships with managers:
\n(Factory Owner, Production Head, Technical Leader)
\nProactively expand the market and develop strategic customers
\n2. Technical Sales & Consulting
\nComprehensive powder coating solution consulting:
\nSurface treatment (oil removal, phosphating, drying)
\nSpray Painting Process
\nCuring Oven System
\nCoating Quality Inspection
\nCoordinate with the technical team to propose the right solution for each application
\n3. Solution Selling & Problem Solving
\nOptimal customer support for production:
\nImproved adhesion
\nCoating thickness control (microns)
\nIncrease the powder recovery rate
\nOptimize production costs
\nHandling practical technical problems:
\nUneven coating
\nPoor adhesion
\nHigh powder loss
\nUnstable Operating Equipment
\nWork closely with the technical team to provide a fast and efficient solution<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfaf JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong>
\n\ud83d\udd39 Experience & Background
\nMinimum of 3\u20135 years of B2B sales experience in:
\nPowder coating
\nIndustrial Equipment\/Machinery
\nMetalworking, steel structure or related industry
\nExperience working in a factory\/production environment
\nPriority is given to candidates who have sold:
\nPowder Coating Spray Gun
\nPainting line \/ coating system
\nIndustrial engineering equipment
\n\ud83d\udd39 Skills & Competencies
\nSolution selling skills (solution consulting, not just selling products)
\nAbility to understand and solve basic technical problems
\nCommunication skills & building relationships with factory managers
\nNegotiation, deal closing and pipeline management skills
\nProactive, under good pressure, hunter mindset (find and open new customers)
\n\ud83d\udd39 Language & Others
\nBasic English (working with foreign suppliers)
\nReady to go on business trips, meet customers at the factory<\/p>\n
