🚀 JOB SUMMARY
YOURTECH is expanding its powder coating equipment segment and looking for experienced Senior Sales Engineers to develop the B2B market.
This is a position for people who have sold technical equipment, have the ability to consult solutions + close deals, and want to increase their income according to actual performance.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
Find, develop and manage clients in the following industries:
Powder Coating Plant
Metalworking/Steel Structure
Industrial Production
Metal Furniture & OEM
Building and maintaining relationships with managers:
(Factory Owner, Production Head, Technical Leader)
Proactively expand the market and develop strategic customers
2. Technical Sales & Consulting
Comprehensive powder coating solution consulting:
Surface treatment (oil removal, phosphating, drying)
Spray Painting Process
Curing Oven System
Coating Quality Inspection
Coordinate with the technical team to propose the right solution for each application
3. Solution Selling & Problem Solving
Optimal customer support for production:
Improved adhesion
Coating thickness control (microns)
Increase the powder recovery rate
Optimize production costs
Handling practical technical problems:
Uneven coating
Poor adhesion
High powder loss
Unstable Operating Equipment
Work closely with the technical team to provide a fast and efficient solution
🎯 JOB REQUIREMENTS
🔹 Experience & Background
Minimum of 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in:
Powder coating
Industrial Equipment/Machinery
Metalworking, steel structure or related industry
Experience working in a factory/production environment
Priority is given to candidates who have sold:
Powder Coating Spray Gun
Painting line / coating system
Industrial engineering equipment
🔹 Skills & Competencies
Solution selling skills (solution consulting, not just selling products)
Ability to understand and solve basic technical problems
Communication skills & building relationships with factory managers
Negotiation, deal closing and pipeline management skills
Proactive, under good pressure, hunter mindset (find and open new customers)
🔹 Language & Others
Basic English (working with foreign suppliers)
Ready to go on business trips, meet customers at the factory
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
🔹 Income
Basic salary: Min 1,000 USD/month (gross)
Commission by sales – unlimited
KPI & Performance Rewards
👉 The total income can be significantly higher than the base salary if the target is reached
